Meijer Gardens shows off its new kitchen for catering and cafe

As the colder months approach, visitors can expect West Michigan style BBQ and gourmet mac and cheese.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Meijer Gardens Hospitality is officially open for business inside Meijer Gardens.

It is all part of a rebranding of all their food services. Executive Chef Andy Krause takes us inside the new state-of-the-art kitchen and shares a recipe for "Burnt Ends" brisket mac and cheese using brisket smoked in house for about 8 hours.
