Hundreds head to Washington D.C. for March for Life rally

A group of local Catholic high schools, along with college students from Aquinas College and Hope College, boarded a bus early Thursday morning.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Hundreds of people are on their way from Grand Rapids to Washington D.C. to take a stand for unborn children.

A group of local Catholic high schools, along with college students from Aquinas College and Hope College, boarded a bus early Thursday morning.

March for Life is held every year around the anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision which gave women a right to choose whether to have an abortion.

This year's March for Life takes place Friday, January 18th. It's the largest pro-life event in the country.
