FERRYSBURG, Mich. - On the Fourth of July, Ben Mitchell lost his wedding band while doing bubble art during the Ferrysburg Fourth of July parade.
13 ON YOUR SIDE reported on the missing wedding ring, and a viewer went out to the parade route with a metal detector and found Mitchell's ring.
The man reached out to Mitchell's wife on Facebook and the ring is expected to be returned on Monday.
The couple is very grateful for the stranger's efforts.
