The holiday season is quickly approaching and most of us are eagerly anticipating wonderful times with family and friends, celebrating time-honored traditions, savoring our favorite holiday treats and more.

He encourages people to make time for relaxation and rest, be realistic about expectations, and remember that it's ok to say no. Dr. Mallis cautioned, “try not to compare your holidays to other people” because there is no such thing as perfect. Instead, he said, focus on the positives.
