Bristol Palin will soon have a family of five -- and she "can't believe" it!
The 26-year-old is celebrating the final stretch of her pregnancy with adorable family pics.
"My world!!!" Palin captioned a family shot of herself and husband Dakota Meyer posing with 8-year-old Tripp and 1-year-old Sailor on Tuesday. I can't believe we'll be a family of 5 in a matter of days 🙈😍❤️."

On Wednesday, the soon-to-be mother of three shared a slideshow of her "real life" with Meyer, as she made silly faces while sitting on his lap.
