The parking lot at Frontline Community Church on Plainfield Avenue was filled with Mustangs on Saturday, June 9.
The 37th annual Mustang and All Ford Car Show was hosted by the West Michigan Mustang Club from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This year's event featured Mustangs from the first year of production to current models. For the first time, four Mustang pace cars were also at the show. They were:
- A 1964 Mustang Indianapolis pace car
- A 1967 Mustang Pacesetter, one of only two that exist
- A 1979 Mustang Indy pace car with only 399 miles on it
- A 1994 Mustang Indy pace car with only 4,000 miles on it
It took the owner of those four cars 17 years to collect them all, and this was the first time they were on display.
The show was free to the public, and it cost $20 for people who wanted to enter their car.
