REO Speedwagon, Loverboy headed to Van Andel Arena this fall

These iconic bands will be performing in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Here's when tickets go on sale.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Get ready, classic rock fans—iconic bands REO Speedwagon and Loverboy will be rocking Van Andel Arena this November!

REO Speedwagon was first formed in 1967 and has put out more than a dozen studio albums since then. The band has put out hits like “Keep On Loving You,” “Take It On the Run” and “Can’t Fight This Feeling.”

Now, classic rock fans in Grand Rapids can see vocalist Kevin Cronin take on Van Andel Arena along with bandmates Bruce Hall (bass), Dave Amato (guitar), Bryan Hitt (drums) and Derek Hilland (touring keyboardist).

Supporting REO Speedwagon is Loverboy, who formed in 1979 and has entertained crowds with hits like “Working for the Weekend” and “Lovin’ Every Minute of It.”

Vocalist Mike Reno will be joined by nearly all the other original members of the band—Paul Dean (guitar), Doug Johnson (keyboards) and Matt Frenette (drums)—with Ken Sinnaeve on bass.

The show is Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale on Friday, Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. Get your tickets here.
