Update: Blaming DeltaPlex 'completely out of line' after Eric Zane's departure from Free Beer & Hot Wings
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) -- Keeping up with the number of well wishes to Eric Zane on social media isn't an easy feat.
A Tennessee fan started a Change.org petition soon after Zane's departure from the popular Free Beer and Hot Wings morning show was announced.
Since then, it has drawn hundreds of signatures in an attempt to bring him back.
The nationally syndicated radio show, housed at 97.9 WGRD in Grand Rapids, released a statement regarding Zane's departure but could not provide behind-the-scenes details.
