The 'Jackass' movie and television star is "raising the bar" on his stunt work in his newest stand-up tour.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Stuntman and comedian Steve-O of Jackass fame is sharing tales of his death-defying stunts on the road again in what he calls his best show yet.

The Super Dummy! tour is a live experience of Steve-O's comedic material mixed in with pre-recorded and live stunts, described as a, "A multimedia TED talk," of videos documenting the 50-year-old's stunt work of today.

"I would describe it like a Jackass movie meets a stand-up show," Steve-O said.

"I'm telling stories and jokes about the hilarious position I'm in, being a 50-year-old Steve [raising] the bar one more time." he laughs.

This is Steve-O's third nationwide comedy tour, following his former specials "Gnarly" and "Bucket List," yet the daredevil believes the material he shot for Super Dummy! will be his best experience yet.

"I went out and filmed just like I was filming a 'Jackass' movie," he said. "[I filmed] all new stuff, crazier than ever. This [show] has way more stunts [and] I think it's an objective fact that every one of these tours has been an improvement on the one before it. It's exciting."

As father-time catches up to the 50-year-old with his same youthful spirit of Jackass, Steve-O isn't quite sure what his next steps are.

"I feel like I don't have another one of these shows in me," he says. "I feel like this is a farewell tour for the crazy stunts, but at the same time, I feel like I'm just getting way better at it. It's tough to be saying goodbye to something that I'm really getting so much better at, I don't know what the future holds after this."

But the entertainer isn't going anywhere yet, finally hitting his stride as his own act after the ceremonious Jackass: Forever which was seen by many as the passing of the Jackass torch to a new generation.

"I've gotten so organized and stayed so active," he said.

"I've managed to build an audience of my own, establish myself and set myself up so that whatever I do at this point, I feel like it's because I want to do it. I knew if I was going to put this show together, that I was going to have to put myself through the ringer."

"The depths that I dug into to make this show worthy are evident in the show itself, and I think that's why it's going so well." He smiles wide with teeth that have been knocked out once or twice in the Jackass days.

The show is on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at DeVos Performance Hall. Tickets are still available as of 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
