Emma Woodhouse (Anya Taylor-Joy) is a charming young aristocratic twenty year old. Sadly, her mother passed away when she was a child so she lives with her father and manages his estate. However, Emma tends to get bored. After she arranges the marriage of her governess, Emma needs a new project so she decides to find a suitor for Harriet Smith. Harriet is a young woman from the local boarding school for underprivileged girls. Emma hopes to raise Harriet's place in society and find her the perfect man. The drama begins when Emma tends to meddle a little too much and finds herself in quite the dilemma. Emma is an adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved classic novel, Emma.

Things get complicated for Jodi when the new student Stig (Luke Eisner), appears at school. Stig is a tall, handsome Swedish exchange student who Jodi is instantly smitten over. She even starts to wear her hair down and dresses up for school. However, the drama begins when all the other girls in her grade like Stig as well. Tall Girl is an original Netflix movie appropriate for kids ages 10 and up.
