October 5
The Buster Keaton Convention is happening at the Frauenthal Theater. Featuring films “One Week” and “The Camera Man”. This 25th annual event is celebrating one of Muskegon’s true legends. His time spent in Muskegon is still a bragging point and to celebrate his work, this event brings people in from all over.
October 12-13
Join The Muskegon Channel on the final scheduled cruise of the Aquastar of the season on Oct. 12. It’s a Halloween themed full moon cruise geared adults. Enjoy the sunset and the moonrise while cruising Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan. Click Here for tickets.
City of the Dead in Muskegon – The Evergreen Cemetery comes alive with historical representations of some of the city’s biggest names over the years. Learn the stories of prominent historical figures in Muskegon as actors stand graveside to share their rich history and spread some knowledge and history about Muskegon.
Muskegon Civic Theater and No More Sidelines Present Peter Pan jr. It’s a remarkable production pairing kids with unique abilities with mentor actors on stage to do something no one ever imagined they could…act on a major stage. Mission for Area People’s Fall Fundraiser at Fricano Place! They help people make ends meet with a healthy food pantry, maybe is some assistance with bills or medical expenses, clothing, Christmas, back to school and more. Small organization that does so very much in Muskegon. Great music, pizza buffet and more.
October 30
The Muskegon Channel Presents Muskegon Tonight Live at Smash Wine Bar and Bistro! Tickets are free and we’ve got Norton Shores Mayor Gary Nelund booked as a guest as well as Muskegon City Manager Frank Peterson. We’ll be talking about the Hope Projects Behind the Mask Masquerade Ball and more! 7:30 at Smash in Downtown Muskegon.
