GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — We are just a little over two weeks away from the Amway River Bank Run where 18,000 athletes are expected to run through the streets of Grand Rapids as part of the 25K race.
Some of those runners belong to a very special group called the Road Warriors.
In addition to documenting their training, Road Warriors are responsible for raising money for one of five charities chosen by the Amway River Bank Run.
This year's charities include the Conductive Learning Center, Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan, I Understand, Kids' Food Basket, and the Jason Kinzler Family First Foundation.
