OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — Are you ready to add a new furry friend to your family? Then meet Elmo, Reign, and Red Bull!
The animals are available for adoption at Harbor Humane Society.
First up is an adorable puppy with an incredible story.
Elmo is four-months-old pup and he is originally from Louisiana.
Elmo and his brother Dot were found as strays after being hit by a car that left them with traumatic injuries.
Luckily, Bissell Pet Foundation stepped in and worked with another Michigan shelter to treat his injuries, which included a broken elbow.
Elmo is a fighter and has been enjoying life in his foster home. He is curious and always ready to sniff out a new adventure.
He is looking for his forever home to continue to learn and thrive in.
Next up is Red Bull, a sweet little kitten with a lot energy.
He knows how to entertain himself in fun creative ways, but also enjoys one-on-one time with his person.
Red Bull's favorites include: wet food, wrestling with inanimate objects, tummy tickles, and head scratches.
He is the perfect combo of being independent and a mama’s boy. He frequently takes breaks during play time to come get some cuddles and kisses.
Red Bull is about 6 weeks old and is looking for his fur-ever parents to continue teaching him how to be the best kitty.
Finally there's Reign, he is the perfect mix of energetic and sweet.
Staff at the shelter say he is playful, inquisitive, independent, and hilarious, yet also a sugary sweet cuddle bug.
His favorites include eating dry food instead of wet, stirring up chaos with his foster siblings, getting showered in face kisses and snuggles, and licking people's fingers.
Reign is about 6 weeks old and is looking for fur-ever parents that will continue to shower him with love.
