Enjoy food, drinks, a silent auction and much more at BISSEL Pet Foundations largest annual fundraising event of the year.

EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The BISSEL Pet Foundation is inviting pet lovers and their four-legged friends to their annual "Blocktail Party" in June.

The annual party is BISSEL Pet Foundation's biggest annual fundraiser of the year and it is happening at the East Grand Rapids High School Track on Tuesday, June 4 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

The East Grand Rapids High School Track and Field Center is located at 2211 Lake Dr. SE in East Grand Rapids.

The fundraiser features food and drink vendors, a silent auction, music and adoptable dogs from local shelters.

"With so many fun things planned, this year's BISSELL Blocktail Party, BISSELL Pet Foundation's primary fundraising event, is going to be an unforgettable event to celebrate our love of pets and also save lives," said Cathy Bissell, founder of BISSELL Pet Foundation. "We hope the community will join us at Blocktail to help us reach more pets in more places through our lifesaving programs."

Food will be served by Amore Trattoria Italiana, Yesterdog, Mudpenny, Rose’s and other local restaurants. Tito's Handmade Vodka will also be serving "Barkaritas" for people 21 years old and older.

Tickets for the event are $100 per person and $50 for students with an ID. Other ticket packages are also available while supplies last. You can find out more information and purchase tickets for the Blocktail Party here.
