ALLENDALE, Mich. — Allendale residents will have a new choice when it comes to where to get your groceries in early December.
A new ALDI location is opening at 11162 Farmway Drive on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 8:45 a.m.
The new location is a short distance down Lake Michigan Drive from the Grand Valley State University campus, making it an easy trip for students.
The first 100 customers on opening day will get a gift bag filled with some of the "ALDI fan favorites" and a gift card. Plus, customers can enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card any day between Dec. 7 and Dec. 10. You can see the contest rules here.
“Our stores are designed to make grocery shopping smarter, faster and easier, and we’ve been voted the price leader for six years running,” said Ryan Fritsch, Webberville regional vice president for ALDI. “We’re excited to open our first ALDI store in Allendale and introduce local customers to a new, more affordable way of shopping.”
The Allendale location will be open daily from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
