Davenport University offering 12-month MBA program

Davenport University will launch a 12-month Master of Business Administration with a Grand Rapids Chamber ribbon cutting on Sept. 29 at the Peter C. Cook Center in downtown Grand Rapids.

ID=14333797GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) -- Davenport University is launching a 12-month Master of Business Administration program.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 4 p.m. to make it official.

The event will be held at the Peter C. Cook Center in downtown Grand Rapids. In addition to university staff, representatives of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce will also be participating in the event.

The Donald W. Maine College of Business will offer a 30-credit MBA degree with a predetermined scheduled so that students can finish in 12 months.

There are no hidden pre-requisites, and students can receive academic credit for their professional certifications/licenses and corporate/non-corporate training, the university said in a statement.
