GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A restaurant on the West Side of Grand Rapids has closed permanently.

The Jolly Pumpkin was located at the corner of Bridge Street and Summer Avenue.

The Detroit-based brewery opened the West Side location back in 2018. Their Detroit, Ann Arbor, Dexter, East Lansing and Traverse City locations remain open.

The Chief Operating Officer of Mission Restaurant Group told 13 ON YOUR SIDE that a new restaurant, Pide and Stick, will be going into the location.

It will serve pide, which is a Turkish Flatbread, as well as Shwarma and Kebabs.
