ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. — Three people are facing federal charges in connection to gun thefts from an Allegan County hardware store.
Authorities say 22 guns were stolen from Graasfschap Hardware, which is south of Holland, on Dec. 7.
Police arrested Matteo Marroquin and Lacy Zimmerman a few days later. The 22-year-olds are accused of breaking into the store and stealing the guns. Both have previous felony convictions.
Another man, Andrew Leenheer, is also facing gun possession and stolen property charges.
Prosecutors do believe all the stolen firearms have been recovered.
