ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. — On Sept. 19, a woman was riding her bike in Allegan when a driver hit her with their car. The driver then drove off. Police said that life-saving measures were attempted on scene, however the woman, now identified as Tracey Lynn Decker, did die from her injuries.

Police said Decker was not alone, as her daughter had been bicycling with her. Since her daughter is a minor, police did not share her name or age.
