Zeeland Township man stabbed multiple times Tuesday morning

HOLLAND, Mich. — A man was found with multiple stab wounds in Holland Township Tuesday morning, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office (OSCO) says.

A sheriff's office road patrol was dispatched to a felonious assault call near the 300 block of Lane Avenue in the early morning hours.

When deputies arrived, they found a 29-year-old man from Zeeland Township with multiple non-life-threatening stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital and treated for his injuries.

OSCO says they identified a 41-year-old man from Holland Township as the suspect. They say the victim and suspect knew each other.

OSCO says there is no threat to the community and detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
