Former Michigan State University doctor Larry Nassar told his attorneys that he was attacked in federal prison within a few hours of being placed in the general population, according to a motion Nassar filed Tuesday in Ingham County court.
His attorneys attributed that attack, and the attempted attack of Nassar by the father of three of his victims during his Eaton County sentencing, to Judge Rosemarie Aquilina's "efforts to demonize Dr. Nassar in front of the entire world."
A message was left seeking comment from Aquilina. Andrea Bitely, a spokeswoman for the Attorney General's Office, declined to comment as her office is still reviewing the motions.

Nassar, who is serving a 60-year federal prison sentence on three child pornography charges and was sentenced to decades more in state prison on 10 sexual assault charges, filed two motions Tuesday stating he wants to be resentenced on his Ingham County sexual assault charges, and he wants the judge who said she signed his "death warrant" to be disqualified from the case.
Nassar is currently being housed at a Tuscon, Arizona prison.
He was previously housed in the Eaton County jail and Milan Federal Correctional Institution.
