GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A number of employees at the Grand Rapids Fire Department will receive promotions during an official ceremony happening at 1:00 p.m. Thursday. The ceremony will be held at Grand Rapids Franklin Street Fire Station, 115 Franklin St. SW.
