KENTWOOD, Mich. — KENTWOOD, Mich. - This Friday TITLE Boxing Club: Kentwood is bringing back Ladies Nite. It's a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
13 ON YOUR SIDE's Faran Fronczak put up her dukes to learn more about this high energy fundraiser.
Organizers explained that the class will consist of choreographed dance moves for the warm up, then transition to Boxing for 8 Rounds on the heavy bags.
If you've never boxed before, this is an awesome opportunity to "learn the ropes" surrounded by other awesome women!
