VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich — A 5-year-old boy was hurt when he was trapped under a utility training vehicle (UTV) following a crash on a private property in Arlington Township around 6 p.m. Friday evening.
According to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department, deputies were met with several family members on the scene who helped them lift the UTV off of the child so they could perform a medical assessment.
Officials say the child was breathing and responsive but had several injuries. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released to his family.
