KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) officers responded to the 2200 block of Fulford Avenue around 2 a.m. Sunday due to reports of shots fired.
According to officials, a 23-year-old Battle Creek man arrived at a local emergency room minutes later with several gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, the man was pronounced dead.
KDPS says there is currently no suspect information available.
