MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — A man is dead and another is injured after a shooting in Muskegon Heights, the police department says.
Officers were called to the 400 block of West Broadway Avenue on a report of a subject shot around 1:06 a.m. There, they found a 36-year-old man who had been shot.
First responders arrived and the man was pronounced dead, police say.
Shortly after, a 32-year-old man arrived at a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound. He said it was from the same shooting. He was treated and released from the hospital, police say.
