KENTWOOD, Mich. — UPDATE 5/22/2024: Thang Phan has been found safe and has returned home, according to police.

A 13-year-old boy from Kentwood is missing, the Police Department says.
Kentwood Police discovered Thang Phan was missing Saturday at 8:30 a.m. His family last saw him near Wingate Apartments, located off of 32nd Street.
Minimal phone conversations have been made with family and friends since then, police say.
