BARRY COUNTY, Mich. — Six people were injured after a car crashed into a tree in Baltimore Township, according to the Barry County Sheriff's Office.
Around 7:05 a.m. deputies were dispatched to Maple Grove Road near Wright Road for a vehicle that crashed into a tree.
Deputies said the investigation showed that a Ford Escape driven by a 19-year-old from Hastings was headed westbound on Maple Grove Road when it ran off the road and hit a tree.
There were five passengers in the car, BCSO said. Everyone in the car was taken to the hospital.
Deputies said the crash is still under investigation.
