Authorities said 56-year-old Brian Duane Piper was last seen at his home on Sigel Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 6.

Police described him as a vulnerable adult due to his medical needs, which include a seizure disorder. Authorities also said he has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
