OTSEGO, Mich. — As the snow continues to fall in West Michigan, ski resorts are getting ready to open for the season.
Bittersweet Ski Resort announced its official opening day will be on Monday, Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The list of runs available on opening day will be announced on the resort's website.
The resort said on Facebook it's been using its snow guns, in tandem with the real snow and cold temperatures, to get the runs ready for skiers.
Ticket information can be found here.
Cannonsburg, a ski resort located in Belmont, has not yet announced its opening day. However, its Winter Forest event began on Nov. 29.
