GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — A man is safe after being rescued from Lake Michigan by the U.S. Coast Guard on Sunday afternoon, according to Ottawa County Dispatch.
Dispatch said around 2 p.m. the Coast Guard rescued a man who had been in a kayak that flipped over in Lake Michigan south of the pier at Grand Haven State Park.
According to dispatch, the man is safely out of the water and he is okay.
