GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — The Grand Haven Jeep Fest is making its return this May, coming with a promise of "family fun and a celebration of all things Jeep."
The festivities begin at 9 a.m. on May 18, kicking off on Washington Street with hundreds of Jeeps lined up for viewing. Jeeps new and old will be in attendance, along with some newly released Jeep concept vehicles directly from Jeep.
Visitors will be able to enjoy live music, food and drinks from local vendors and a vendor row of all things Jeep. They'll also be able to watch Jeeps take on a new obstacle course and participate in different family-friendly activities.
Organizers said one of the highlights of this year's festival is the Jeep Show & Shine event, where Jeep owners can showcase their Jeep and compete for awards.
"We're thrilled to welcome back all of our Grand Haven Jeep Fest family for our 3rd year," said Jason Rogers, director of the Grand Haven Jeep Fest. "This event is a testament to the passion and camaraderie of the Jeep community and their willingness to support an amazing cause and we can't wait to celebrate with Jeepers from every part of the country."
Admission to the festival is free, but some activities will require registration or a paid ticket. All proceeds will benefit the Children's Advocacy Center of Ottawa County.
