GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — Officers with the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety are mourning the loss of one of their own.
Officer Brandon Mosley, who served Grand Haven as a police officer for six years, died while off-duty. In a post on Facebook, the department said Mosley "devoted his life to protecting our community and serving with honor."
"The void his absence brings to the department and community will be everlasting," the post reads in part.
The department is asking West Michiganders to keep the department and all those who knew Mosley in their thoughts.
A cause of death was not shared.
