OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — One person is in custody after allegedly crashing a stolen vehicle into a home in Grand Haven Township.

Deputies say the incident happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday when the stolen vehicle crashed into a home in the 13000 block of Silverbrook Drive.

When deputies arrived at the scene, the driver was still inside the vehicle and would not come out until deputies used less-lethal police tools.

The suspect was then taken into custody without incident, medically cleared and lodged at the Ottawa County Jail.

 This incident remains under investigation.
