GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WZZM) - A subsidized housing development in Grand Rapids is back open after undergoing a transformation.
A ribbon cutting ceremony took place at Creston Plaza Saturday afternoon. Creston Plaza's re-opening comes after six years of planning.
The LEED Certified housing development will house 100 families. Families that were required to move out of Creston Plaza for the project have priority status at the new development.
