GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man was injured in a shooting overnight on Grand Rapids' southwest side.
The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Thursday on Towner Avenue, police say. Officers responding to the scene found a man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive.
There are no suspects at this time, according to police.
