An investigation is underway in the death of a 37-year-old man found in a McDonald's bathroom on the city's West Side.
Police responded around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, to the fast food restaurant on Leonard Street, where the man had died and another man was found unconscious in the bathroom, according to a Grand Rapids Police Department news release.
The second man, a 37 year old, was provided Narcan and taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Police cannot say whether the man's cause of death is a drug overdose, related or otherwise, without an autopsy, Sgt. Terry Dixon said.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 616-456-3400 or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
