GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Harmony Hall, a popular sausage restaurant on Grand Rapids' West Side, is scheduled to change its menu today.
The new menu will feature wood fired pizzas that are already featured at Harmony Brewing Company's original location in Eastown.
The switch to wood fire ovens means the popular eatery had to take out their fryers and grills, meaning they can no longer serve their popular sausages. They will be keeping some of their favorite appetizers, salads and sandwiches.
The new kitchen and menu will allow people to host catered events in Harmony Hall's Banquet Room and it will give staff more room to experiment.
Harmony Hall opened in 2015 in a century old Bavarian brick building that was originally a sausage factory.
