GRANDVILLE, Mich. — Grandville police are looking for information on a stolen pickup truck that was recovered from the Grand River Thursday morning.

Police were initially called to the boat launch on Indian Mounds Road in Grandville on Wednesday afternoon when the pickup truck was found. It had been completely submerged, and police say it had been in the water for several days.

The truck was towed from the river around 10:30 a.m. Thursday by the Kent County Sheriff's Office dive team and Merl's Towing.

Police say the truck was previously reported stolen from Grand Rapids.
