HOLLAND, Mich. - Tulip Time may be behind Holland, but there’s still lots of excitement in store for the city this week.
The Holland Farmers Market officially opens for the 2019 season at the Eighth Street Market Place Wednesday, May 15. The market then continues every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. through mid-December.
The market features over 100 farmers and local food vendors throughout the season offering freshly picked fruits and vegetables of every variety, along with beautiful bouquets of flowers and plants for home and garden. A wide variety of breads and baked goods, all natural honey and maple syrup and farm fresh cheese, eggs and meats are also available, in addition to sweet treats, healthy snacks and much, much more.
The Tulip Time Festival will be at the market Wednesday for their annual post-festival tulip bulb sale.
