HOLLAND, Michigan — A police chase ended with a crash into a building and a knocked out traffic signal, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office said.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday. Deputies tried to pull over a gray Mercedes driving recklessly in Holland Township. The driver didn't stop.

The chase ended when the driver crashed into a building near Butternut Drive and Riley Street, taking out the traffic signal in that intersection.

Everyone inside the Mercedes is a juvenile, police say. They all had minor injuries.

The building that was hit, Smith Gas Liquids Company, was empty at the time of the crash.

The fire department is checking the building for structural integrity and crews are working to restore power to the signal.
