KALAMAZOO, Mich. — An African Grey Parrot was brought home safely on Saturday thanks to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
Around 6:30 p.m. KDPS was called by a woman who needed help getting her parrot back after it had escaped its cage.
KDPS said active calls for service were low at the time, allowing them to help the owner recover her "feathery friend."
