KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A man was killed Thursday in a hit-and-run after he was hit by a pickup truck while riding a bike in Kalamazoo.
The crash happened on Riverview Drive and B Avenue around 11 p.m. Deputies say a bicyclist, identified as a 38-year-old man, was hit by a pickup truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck did not stop after the crash. Deputies are now looking for a 1998-2004 Ford pickup truck that they believe was involved.
This incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office or Silent Observer.
