LOWELL, Mich. — No one was injured but a barn is a total loss after a fire broke out at a large horse farm in Lowell Township Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the fire started around 4 a.m. When fire crews arrived, a barn on the property was already fully engulfed by flames.
While no people were injured, it is unclear if any animals were injured or killed in the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Crews are expected to remain at the scene for several more hours.
