GREENVILLE, Mich. — A Greenville man is facing charges after allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography.
Adam Lee Kunst, 41, was arrested after an investigation by the Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Police learned that Kunst was distributing child pornography online. When police responded to his home to arrest him, digital evidence was seized.
Kunst has been charged with the following:
- Child sexually abusive activity
- Aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive material
- Aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material
- Using a computer to communicate with another to commit crime
- Using a computer to commit a crime
- Resisting and obstructing a police officer causing injury (two counts)
Kunst was arraigned in the 64-B District Court on Thursday.
