GRANDVILLE, Mich. — A man was seriously injured in a shooting in Grandville early Saturday morning, according to the Grandville Police Department.
Police said around 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4100 block of Ivanrest Avenue SW for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers said they provided first aid to the man until emergency personnel arrived.
The man was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
At this time, police said the suspect hasn't been identified. However, the investigation is ongoing.
