OCEANA COUNTY, Mich. — Michigan State Police (MSP) are investigating a fatal crash involving a bicyclist and an SUV Monday.
A 72-year-old man on a bike was killed after an SUV hit him on Oceana County Drive near Hogan Road in Weare Township, MSP reported.
An initial investigation determined that the SUV was traveling northbound on Oceana County Drive when it hit the bicyclist, who was traveling in the same direction.
The 72-year-old man was declared dead on the scene.
MSP said the crash remains under investigation.
