Fun, summer programs now open for kids in Muskegon

The summer programming begins on June 18 and end August 17.

The Boys & Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore is giving students world class opportunities all summer long at four locations.

The free weekday events are for all area youth, ages 6-18. Events range from science experiments to organized recreation activities like kayaking, basketball, and much more. Activities take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Camp will take place at various locations, daily, throughout the summer and offer transportation services in designated pick up areas to those in need.

The summer programming begins on June 18 and end August 17, with meals free to all children up to age 18, not just those enrolled in camps.

Program sites include Seyferth Park, Reese Park, Smith Ryerson Park, and the Boys & Girls Club Nelson School Site.
