A Grand Rapids man, shot by a deputy outside Muskegon Heights High School, is now facing charges for "shooting at" other people that night.
Prosecutors say Clarence McCaleb fired into a group of students, leaving a game at the school on Feb 9, 2016.
Two people were injured during that shooting. After the attack, McCaleb was confronted by a Muskegon County sheriff's deputy.
The deputy shot him when McCaleb raised his gun.
He is now facing three attempted murder charges, and is in jail on a $1 million bond.
