GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The 51-year-old Woodland Mall will be home to a number of new stores opening this year, including the high-end department store Von Maur.
Construction crews are currently renovating the wing that used to be occupied by Sears and is expected to be open in October.
The project is expected to make $90 million in improvements.
Recreational Equipment, Inc., or REI, is expected to open at the mall next month with a three-day grand opening event.
The Black Rock Bar and Grill is scheduled to open in September.
